Lennar Corporation is seeking a Sr Specialist, HR Operations focused on Reasonable Accommodations to deliver high-quality HR services. You will own the accommodations process, partner with HR teams, and manage complex HR transactions in a multi-state environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, adherence to laws, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and HR systems knowledge are essential for success.

Formación

• Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and religious accommodations.
• Experience handling interactive process and confidential medical information.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reasonable accommodations process from intake to close.
• Lead interactive process with Associates and People Managers.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, systems and best practices.
• Respond to HR inquiries within SLAs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage complex HR lifecycle transactions in compliance with laws and policies.
• Mentor HR Operations staff and drive process improvements.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and records.
