Lennar is hiring a Sr Specialist, HR Operations (Reasonable Accommodations) in the United States. You will own the accommodations process, manage complex HR inquiries, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.

This role requires strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and state/local laws, and experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. The position emphasizes data integrity, confidentiality, and process improvements across HR operations, payroll,

Qualificações

• Knowledge of ADA, Title VII religious accommodation, PWFA, and FMLA; state/local law variations.
• Experience leading interactive processes and handling confidential medical/religious information.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Case management experience (ServiceNow preferred).
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reasonable accommodations process from intake to close.
• Lead interactive process with Associates and People Managers.
• Provide guidance on organizational processes, systems, and best practices.
• Respond to benefits, payroll, and HR policy inquiries within SLAs.
• Manage complex HR lifecycle transactions and data updates.
• Act as SME for HR policies, systems, and processes.
• Drive HR process improvements with leadership.
• Maintain HR data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS on escalated inquiries.
• Train and mentor HR Operations staff.
• Provide reporting on HR transactions and trends.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
