Lennar is seeking a Sr Specialist, HR Operations to oversee HR transactions and inquiries with a focus on accuracy, SLAs, and compliance. You will drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor HR Operations staff to ensure consistent service delivery across the function.

The role requires hands-on Workday EIB experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving complex HR issues while maintaining data integrity in HR systems.

Formación

• Experience with HR operations, shared services or call centers.
• Certifications in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB integrations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex HR transactions (pre-boarding, transfers, terminations, job changes).
• Serve as an HR partner to internal functions and provide guidance on processes and systems.
• Respond to HR inquiries with SLAs and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HRMS/IT to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
• Train and mentor HR Operations staff and provide reporting on HR metrics.
