EDB is seeking an experienced Workday, Payroll & HRIS Specialist to support our global HR tech, payroll operations, employee data, and HR processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate, scalable systems and data integrity.

The role emphasizes Workday administration, payroll processing, and reporting across Americas, Europe, and India, with a focus on automation and process improvement using modern HR technology.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in HRIS/Workday/Payroll or related field.
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM & lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience supporting global payroll operations across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Support payroll processes and audits across geographies.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to optimize processes.
