Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Sr Specialist, HR Operations to own the reasonable accommodations process, ensure compliant HR transactions, and provide expert support to Associates and People Managers. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and data integrity within a dynamic homebuilding environment.

You'll partner with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and other teams to deliver accurate, timely HR services, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to SLAs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR operations or related experience, including at least 2 years handling accommodations or leave cases.
• Strong working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and state/local leave laws across multiple states.
• Experience leading interactive accommodation processes and handling confidential medical information.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reasonable accommodations process from intake to close, in line with applicable laws.
• Lead interactive process with Associates and People Managers, assessing essential job functions and accommodation options.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, systems, and best practices to HR teams.
• Respond to HR inquiries on benefits, payroll, and policies within SLAs.
• Manage complex HR lifecycle transactions (pre-boarding, transfers, terminations, data updates).
• Serve as SME for HR policies, systems, and processes; mentor HR Operations Specialists.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to drive process improvements and data integrity.
