Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment law.
• Experience with benefits administration and leave administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate benefits and leave administration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Provide guidance to HR Administrators and serve as a resource for managers and employees on HR processes.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop templates, forms, SOPs, processes, and workflows.
