Qualifications

• Lead national or multi-site HR strategy, policy development, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, reporting, HRIS, and employee documentation.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, safety, risk management, and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies for compliance with laws.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, performance issues, and HR best practices.
• Manage payroll, open enrollment, reporting, and benefits administration.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR operations initiatives.
• Establish HR KPIs, audits, and HRIS processes.
• Support safety, risk management, and continuous improvement across the org.
