• Coordinate benefits and leave administration with timely communication.
• Support HR compliance, reporting, and documentation per CA/US law.
• Provide guidance to HR staff and managers on HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex HR administrative operations, onboarding, offboarding, records, and audits.
• Coordinate benefits and leave administration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution per federal/CA law.
• Serve as escalation resource for policy interpretation and sensitive information.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve templates, forms, SOPs, and workflows.
• Support HR admins, hiring managers, and teams during peak periods and talent processes.
