Competenze

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
• Experience supporting employment litigation, legal requests, and compliance with employment laws.

• Strong confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Mansioni

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies and practices.
• Conduct workplace investigations into complaints, policy violations, and sensitive matters.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on claims and litigation support.
• Manage leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp) and related documentation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training.
