Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; hands-on HR generalist experience.
• 2+ years of in-house multi-state HR experience, drafting policies.
• Handle payroll, benefits and compliance tasks directly.

Responsibilities

• Multi-state compliance: track state law changes and draft policy updates.
• Escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions needing experience.
• Review and unblock payroll and HR administration work.
• Rearchitect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Over time, grow into day-to-day HR operations leadership.
