Jerry.ai is a fast-growing, remote-first company building an AI-powered advisor to manage physical assets. We need an in-house HR generalist who owns multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions that require judgment.

You’ll shape HR operations with an AI-native mindset and collaborate across a small, high-intensity team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience, in-house policy drafting, and practical payroll/benefits exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of real, hands-on HR generalist experience with policy drafting, payroll, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Multi-state compliance tracking and policy updates across employee classifications and pay ranges.
• Escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions requiring experienced judgment.
• Reviewing and unblocking work of Payroll and HR Administration teams.
