• In-house multi-state compliance and policy development experience.
• Comfortable handling escalations and AI integration in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state compliance and implement policy updates across classifications and pay ranges.
• Handle escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions.
• Review and unblock Payroll and HR Administration team work.
• Rearchitect HR ops with an AI-native mindset, not just using AI tools.
• Grow into ownership of day-to-day HR operations management over time.
