The role requires 5+ years in HR management, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of employment laws. You will manage BambooHR, benefits programs, and collaborate with the CFO on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and payroll operations.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruiting from opening to hire with managers and recruiters.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure tax and benefits accuracy.
• Serve as the first resource for HR policies and benefits questions; handle disciplinary matters.
