Job summary

Structura is seeking a reliable HR Generalist to oversee recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations in our Austin office. You will partner with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace culture and ensure HR operations support business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in HR management, strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and knowledge of employment laws and payroll. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, benefits and payroll operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting from opening to hire; collaborate with managers and outside recruiters.
• Manage payroll, benefits and compliance processes with accuracy.
• Address HR policies, benefits, leave, and disciplinary matters; handle sensitive issues.
• Run performance management processes and employee development plans.
• Maintain HRIS (BambooHR) and personnel records; manage background checks.
• Coordinate asset setup and monitor company-owned devices and equipment.
• Partner with CFO and leadership to align HR with business strategy.
