Keolis seeks an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across Burnsville and Eagan locations. You will manage HRIS/payroll systems, ensure Minnesota employment law compliance, and partner with leadership on staffing and policy execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel between two sites as needed. This position offers meaningful growth in a transportation services environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Minnesota Employment laws (discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying).
• Experience across multiple locations preferred.
• Experience supporting 250+ employees as a sole contributor.
• Experience with HRIS and payrolling systems required.
• UKG or similar software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR regulations (SHRM) preferred.
• Travel frequently between Burnsville and Eagan.
