Job summary

The position supports Brooklyn Park and Plymouth, splitting time between both sites and collaborating with site leadership, Talent Acquisition, and COE on workforce planning, onboarding, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing or similar environment/client group.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
• Partners with site leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Coaches site leadership on performance management, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Supports Talent Acquisition in identifying and recruiting for site exempt positions.
• Conducts onboarding, orientation, and compliance training.
• Manages associate data in HRIS/Workday and generates talent-related reports.
• Ensures compliance with local/state labor laws and conducts site audits.
• Participates in enterprise-wide HR projects and leads site-based projects.
