Job summary

Keolis America Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple locations, focusing on compliance with state laws and employee relations.

You will lead HR initiatives for a 250+ employee footprint and partner with site leadership to drive staffing and development. The role requires travel between Burnsville and Eagan, strong HRIS experience (UKG), and a commitment to customer service and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota employment laws including discrimination, harassment and bullying.
• Experience supporting 250+ employees as a sole contributor.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; UKG preferred.
• Knowledge of HR regulations (SHRM or similar) preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Burnsville and Eagan.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: create requisitions, screen applicants, assist onboarding in UKG.
• Employee relations: address issues, liaise between management and staff, support disciplinary matters.
• HR operations: lead HR projects, implement strategies, handle exit interviews.
• Compensation & benefits: support pay actions, administer benefits.
• Training & development: train managers on interviewing, coaching, and harassment training.
• Leaves of absence: manage FMLA/ADA processes and trackers.
• Administrative duties: data entry, routine HR support, other tasks as needed.
• Safety & compliance: oversee RTSMS controls and ensure policy adherence.
• Site staffing & community outreach: develop staffing strategies for facilities.
