This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy across employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. The position will serve as a trusted advisor on complex organizational and talent matters while helping build and sustain a high-performing culture. The ideal candidate brings deep Human Capital expertise, strong business acumen, and a track record of navigating sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and credibility.

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, required.
• Experience within financial or professional services, required.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and manager development, required.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex people and organizational matters, required.
• Experience leading talent reviews, promotion processes, succession planning, and workforce planning, required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required.

The salary for this role is $175K-$200K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
