Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a highly organized Senior Client Services Associate to partner directly with the Founder and help drive day-to-day operations, client service, and key initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing priorities, supporting client communications, meeting preparation, and workflow management, while driving efficiency across the firm. 3–5+ years in wealth management preferred; entrepreneurial environment experience valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, RIA, or financial advisory environments.
• Background in client service, operations, or administrative/advisor support.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

A growing independent wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Client Services Associate to partner directly with the Founder and help drive day-to-day operations, client service, and key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Founder
• Manage priorities, projects, and follow-up items
• Support client communications, meeting preparation, and workflow management
• Assist with client service and operational processes
• Help improve processes and drive organizational efficiency

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, RIA, or financial advisory environments
• Background in client service, operations, or administrative/advisor support
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

Preferred

• RIA/or Fidelity experience
