• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment.

Our client, a global strategic advisory firm, is seeking an HR Director to join its Human Resources function. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on position with broad ownership across HR. The individual will oversee day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting, while also contributing to global HR initiatives and helping shape the firm’s people strategy. The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$225,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
