Job summary

Beacon Hill's client, a leading financial services organization, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support its commercial banking division in New York City. This role works closely with senior leaders and people managers across multiple business units, delivering strategic HR guidance.

You will drive talent management, employee relations, performance management and succession planning, and contribute to organizational development initiatives to enable growth, efficiency and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience; 4+ years as HRBP/HR Generalist.
• Experience in commercial banking/financial services.
• Employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent management, performance and succession planning.
• Multi-state HR experience and US employment law knowledge (preferred).
• UKG and/or SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).

Job description

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its commercial banking division in New York City. This role partners closely with senior leaders and people managers across multiple business units, providing strategic guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with 4+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity, required.
• Experience supporting commercial banking, financial services, wealth management, or capital markets organizations, required.
• Employee relations and workplace investigations experience, required.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadership on talent management, performance management, and succession planning, required.
• Multi-state Human Resources experience and knowledge of U.S. employment laws, preferred.
• Experience with UKG and/or SAP SuccessFactors, preferred.

Salary

The salary for this role is $150K-$230K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
