• Experience managing teams of 3+ employees is required.
• Experience designing and implementing process improvement initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments is required.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent development, training, or related business functions is preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives is required.

This leadership role oversees a team supporting learning and development operations while driving process improvement, operational scalability, and the practical adoption of generative AI across enterprise learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading teams, implementing operational improvements, and leveraging AI-enabled solutions within complex organizations.

Salary

The salary for this role is $140K-$190K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
