DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr HR Representative to support business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide, including California and Washington. You will deliver strategic counsel on people issues in a fast-paced environment and help ensure an exceptional workplace for our associates.

The role emphasizes partnerships with senior leaders, handling investigations, implementing HR programs, and driving climate and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major HR areas
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives
• Strong interpersonal relations with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people matters
• Advocate and counsel hourly and exempt associates
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives
• Manage internal investigations as needed
• Ensure HR compliance with regulations and policies
• Oversee HR audits and policy adherence
• Train managers in interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and harassment prevention
• Coach managers, listen actively, ask clarifying questions
• Manage staffing, succession planning and associate programs
• Oversee training and development activities
• Administer compensation and benefits systems and communications
• Maintain data in HRMS system
