Job summary

Blue Ops is seeking a Sr. Manager of Human Resources to partner with the President and leadership, driving people strategy and a high-performing culture within Red Cat's hybrid People model.

You will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and local HR execution while collaborating with centralized People Operations on compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on HR matters.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for Blue Ops in partnership with leadership.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and succession.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for Blue Ops.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee HR operations including HRIS data integrity and payroll coordination.
