Job summary

BlueLabs Analytics is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead all people engagement activities, ensuring a positive, compliant employee experience across the company. You will coach, advise, and partner with senior leadership while implementing scalable processes.

You will oversee Talent Acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration, while driving retention, performance, and a values-driven culture in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a People/HR function with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
• Experience driving DEI initiatives and HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and manage candidate pipelines and metrics.
• Oversee People Team operations, including onboarding/offboarding and benefits.
• Design and drive performance, retention, and culture-building efforts.
• Coordinate compensation reviews and escalations, ensuring equity.
• Advance DEI initiatives and provide guidance on employment law compliance.
