Blue Marble, a growing company, seeks a Director of Human Resources to own the entire HR function—from payroll and employee relations to benefits, policies, compliance, and systems. You will partner with the founder and leadership to align HR with business goals and build a high-performance HR engine.

The role demands senior HR leadership, experienced handling complex employee matters, and a track record of scaling processes in a fast-growing environment.

• Senior HR leadership with proven experience across core HR functions (employee relations, operations, performance frameworks, compliance, benefits).
• Ability to shape workforce, coach leaders, and scale HR processes in a high-growth setting.
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and business acumen to align HR with company strategy.

Mansioni

• Lead the HR function, teams, and processes to ensure timely, accurate answers and reliable operations.
• Own payroll, timekeeping controls, reviews, approvals, and reconciliations; partner with Finance for accuracy and controls.
• Shape the organization with founder/leadership on workforce planning, structure, and leadership needs.
• Lead employee-relations investigations, performance strategies, and difficult conversations with fairness and documentation.
• Coach managers to own their teams, set expectations, deliver feedback, and resolve friction early.
• Maintain compliant employment practices across wages, leave, records, and related requirements.
