RedSail Technologies, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, translating organizational priorities into practical people solutions throughout the employee life cycle.

You will support core HR programs, use workforce data to guide decisions, and partner with HR leadership on enterprise matters. This hybrid role involves multiple office locations and collaboration with Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification optional.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including generalist or business partner roles.
• Strong HRIS proficiency and ability to leverage data for decisions.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with leaders at multiple levels.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned leaders and teams.
• Support rollout and execution of enterprise HR programs and processes.
• Assist workforce planning, organizational design, headcount, and selection decisions.
• Coach managers on performance, development, engagement, and change.
• Manage routine employee relations matters and assist investigations, ensuring proper documentation.
• Leverage HRIS and AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and reporting.
