Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 3+ years HR generalist or business partner experience.
• Proficient with HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.
• Knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Strong relationships and professional communication with leaders.
• Ability to analyze workforce data to inform actions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact and trusted advisor for leaders and teams.
• Support rollout of enterprise HR programs and adapt to business needs.
• Coach managers on performance, development, engagement, and change.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations.
• Leverage HRIS and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
