Red Cat Holdings seeks a Sr. Manager of Human Resources to partner with Blue Ops leadership in West Palm Beach, FL. The role drives HR strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning within a hybrid People model.

You will collaborate with the centralized People Operations team to implement enterprise policies, support leadership development, and ensure compliant HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing projects or a team.
• Experience with multi-state employment law and HR policy implementation.
• Strong partnering with leaders on operational HR and employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to Blue Ops leadership and translate business objectives into HR action plans.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations activities and conduct investigations.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and onboarding to fill roles efficiently while upholding standards.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Ensure HR policies are consistently applied and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with centralized People Operations on compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Oversee HR Operations and maintain personnel documentation with accurate HR metrics.
