You will oversee employee relations, compliance, benefits, leaves, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, partnering with leadership to support staff and scale operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ Years of Progressive Human Resources Experience.
• HR Management or Senior-Level HR experience.
• Strong Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Law and HR Compliance.
• Experience with Benefits and Leave Administration.
• Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple areas of the HR Function.
• Experience with HRIS / Talent Management Systems.
