Jobot is seeking a Human Resource Manager for a 100% onsite role in the hospitality industry based in Herndon, Virginia. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with hospitality industry experience.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and support HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The salary is within the range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or service-driven environment strongly preferred.
• Spanish fluency or conversational ability preferred but not required.
