Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced HR Manager: Field Operations to lead human resources for our field teams in the construction sector. You will drive talent management, performance management, and policy development while overseeing 401k, benefits enrollment, and compensation programs.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will orchestrate workforce planning, change management, and conflict resolution, using UKG to manage HR processes. This is a strategic role offering growth and strong compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in construction.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and change management.
Experience using UKG for HR processes.

Responsibilities

Lead HR for field operations including talent acquisition and performance management.
Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
Oversee benefits and compensation programs including 401K enrollment.
Facilitate change management to support growth and development.
Manage conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Collaborate on workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance with regulations in construction industry.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
