Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking an HR Leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations at the Cartersville, GA DC, aligning with CFA Supply and CFA, Inc. leaders. You will drive engagement, rewards, and workforce development to meet distribution goals and scale the network.

You will recruit, train, and mentor talent across centers while maintaining compliance and a service-focused mindset in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Experience with investigations including harassment and safety.
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Guide performance management and policy adherence for the DC.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives for the DC.
• Oversee performance reviews and incentive programs.
• Drive KPIs for attrition, engagement, and safety.
• Lead employee engagement across all DC departments.
• Support onboarding and temporary talent initiatives.
