Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or relevant supply chain field management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Knowledge of production and inventory control theories and practices.
• Experience designing, managing, and executing DC operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in leading a large-scale food service distribution center operation with a safety mindset.
• Lead and engage a ~250-person workforce with ownership of Inventory Control and related functions.
• Design, implement, manage, and improve DC operations to deliver high service levels and KPIs.
• Oversee P&L and drive innovation across DC operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and business partners to align goals and strategies.
