Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks an HR Leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations at the new Cartersville, GA Distribution Center, reporting to the Regional HR Leader. You will guide performance management, recruitment, engagement, and compliance while partnering with CFA leadership to drive HR strategy for a high-volume, food-service distribution hub.

You will train other talent professionals across the CFA Supply network, focus on workforce development, and champion Chick-fil-A’s purpose and values

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
• Ability to navigate confrontational situations with respect.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with investigations (accidents, harassment).
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English language communication at a level necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Guide performance management, problem solving and policy guidance.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives aligned to DC goals.
• Implement and oversee performance reviews and incentive programs.
• Achieve KPIs related to attrition, engagement and safety.
• Drive employee engagement strategy across DC departments.
• Support growth and future DC operations through onboarding and temporary talent.
• Collaborate with CFA leaders to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Provide employee relations support to DC staff.
• Maintain a service-focused mindset and balance relationships with results.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong HR team.
