Job summary

HIROTEC AMERICA is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines. This role supports compensation, benefits, performance management, talent development, and recruitment.

You will help implement policies, ensure legal compliance, manage onboarding and employee relations, and analyze workforce data to drive better business outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, FMLA, compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives across organization levels.
• Support onboarding, orientation, employee development, retention, and engagement activities.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and compensation recommendations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company-wide communications.
• Stay updated on employment laws and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
