The Senior Human Resources Generalist role provides comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, combining day-to-day HR operations with strategic initiatives that strengthen talent, compliance, and employee engagement.

Role Overview

This position supports key HR programs to maintain a compliant and high-performing work environment. It also contributes to strategic projects aimed at addressing business needs and improving the overall employee experience, with decisions guided by workforce data and focused on timely talent planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support essential HR programs to help ensure compliance and maintain high performance in the workplace
• Partner on strategic projects that respond to business challenges and improve the employee experience
• Use workforce data to forecast hiring needs and support informed talent decisions
• Support the talent pipeline through effective recruiting, onboarding, and development processes
• Help implement total rewards strategies designed to attract, recognize, and retain talent
• Deliver employee benefits communications that are compliant and clear, helping employees make informed decisions

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and performance management
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives

Education and Experience

• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Location

• Location: Nashville, TN (onsite)
• Annual pay range: USD 64,600 - 83,600
