Job summary

HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines.

The role focuses on compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, policy development, and compliance within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, FMLA, compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives across all levels of the organization.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, development, retention, engagement.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and compensation recommendations.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace relations.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and employee communications company-wide.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
• Manage leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other leaves.
• Maintain HR systems, records, reporting tools, and data integrity; generate workforce metrics.
• Provide guidance on immigration, international assignments, and global mobility.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and participation across all levels of the organization.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee development, retention, and engagement activities.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer preparation, and compensation recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
• Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company-wide employee communications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws, government regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other employee leave processes.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, and data integrity while generating workforce metrics and analytics.
• Provide guidance and administrative support related to employment-based immigration, international assignments, and global mobility activities.
