GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead staffing, onboarding and benefits administration in a remote role across the US. You will partner with operations to drive compliance, performance management and a positive, union-free workplace.

Responsibilities include training, policy guidance, payroll support, HRIS administration and maintaining confidential personnel files. A bachelor’s degree and HR certification are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations.
• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Professional HR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration, while maintaining a union-free environment.
• Provide counsel on policies, procedures and regulatory compliance to operations teams.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experiences.
• Assist supervisors with performance management, including disciplinary actions for hourly employees.
• Maintain personnel files and training materials, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
