Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for 1st shift with travel, open to remote candidates across the US; NC preferred for location. You will lead staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and maintain a union-free environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management support for hourly staff, and maintaining compliant personnel files while partnering with operations to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations.
• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide on policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Keep management apprised of HR developments that may impact effectiveness.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Assist supervisors with performance management.
• Maintain personnel files and training materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
