Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Implementations Manager to support and execute HR workstreams across the full customer lifecycle. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop workforce strategies, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, and compliance requirements to support customer pursuits and site startups.

The position is open to candidates remotely anywhere in the US, preferably in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of combined experience in program management, project management, HR implementations, workforce planning, HR solution development, or related operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Support HR solutioning activities for potential new business opportunities from RFI/RFP through award, including workforce planning and labor market input.
• Represent HR in pursuit kickoff meetings, solution development sessions, and project workstream meetings when HR components are in scope.
• Review pursuit and proposal documentation to identify HR-related requirements and workforce assumptions.
• Partner with multiple stakeholder groups to develop integrated workforce solutions.
• Support labor market analysis and inform workforce recommendations with market data.
• Develop workforce ramp strategies, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, and startup readiness plans for new business pursuits and site launches.
• Maintain ownership of projects from solutioning through implementation and go-live.
• Lead end-to-end execution of HR implementation plans across hiring, onboarding, policies, and compliance.
