GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the Oklahoma City operation with broad HR responsibilities.

This onsite role partners with operations leaders on policy needs, drives onboarding, and supports managers with performance administration while maintaining compliant HR documentation. The position covers staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and upholding a union-free work environment, with HR guidance on policies and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of HR experience including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional HR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the operations team, providing counsel on policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HR documentation and advise on HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Assist supervisors with performance management and disciplinary actions for hourly employees.
• Maintain personnel files and training materials, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
