Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Event Planning Implementations Manager to support and execute HR workstreams across the full customer lifecycle, from pursuit to implementation and stabilization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop workforce strategies and hiring plans, ensuring readiness for go-live and ongoing operations. The role can be remote anywhere in the US, with a preference for candidates in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in program management and HR implementations.
• Experience in workforce planning and HR solution development.

Responsibilities

• Support HR solutioning and implementation planning throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop workforce strategies.
• Ensure readiness from RFI/RFP through site stabilization and go-live.
• Monitor risks and provide status updates to stakeholders.
