The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR experience, active certifications such as PHR or SHRM, and a proven ability to work independently while advising leadership on workforce planning and compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable roles.
• Active PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment law compliance, HRIS platforms, and HR reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and provide practical solutions.
• Must currently reside in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, discipline actions, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and compensation initiatives.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide HR guidance and independently resolve workplace challenges.
