Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a remote, high-volume hourly workforce across client sites in Texas and nearby states. You will address workplace concerns, conduct investigations, coach leaders, and ensure consistent policy application.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role involves onsite travel to client locations as needed and collaboration with client managers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to conduct interviews and communicate clearly in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience advising managers on employee concerns and corrective action.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary resource for employee relations concerns across multiple client locations.
• Communicate with associates in English and Spanish to understand concerns and support resolution.
• Conduct timely, impartial investigations into workplace concerns (conduct, harassment, attendance, policy violations).
• Interview associates and managers, gather statements, review records, and prepare clear summaries.
• Recommend appropriate resolutions and corrective actions.
• Coach onsite leaders on documentation, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy application.
• Manage employee relations requests through Nitro, prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining case notes.
• Maintain confidential records and document activity in HR systems and Bullhorn.
• Identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements in communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with client managers and internal ops teams to resolve concerns while maintaining relationships.
• Travel to client locations as needed for investigations and support.
