Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our fully remote HR team. The role provides expert HR guidance to management and employees across regions, handling complex employee relations and shaping HR policies for a distributed global workforce.

You will drive talent management, performance processes, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with international labor laws. Strong communication and HRIS proficiency are essential for success in this remote, international role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in remote or global organizations.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance and support to designated business units and employees across multiple regions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures for a fully remote global workforce.
• Oversee talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Act as a change agent to support organizational change initiatives and a positive employee experience.
