Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. seeks a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to partner with designated business groups and align people practices with business priorities. Based in Houston, TX, this role offers hybrid and remote work options and reports to the Human Resources Manager.

You will provide practical HR guidance, support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, and leverage workforce data to inform recommendations and drive sound business decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 7+ years in HR or 11+ years with related experience.
• Professional certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CHRP, etc.).
• Experience with HR policies, employment laws, and compensation processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers to translate workforce priorities into people solutions.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relations matters.
• Use workforce data to inform HR recommendations and business decisions.
• Conduct exit interviews and monitor engagement/retention trends.
