Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support employees and managers across HR functions. The role focuses on onboarding, performance management, project management, and HR operations to enhance the employee experience and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, expanding environment, collaborating with leaders and teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience assisting onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload, balance priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
• Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes.
• Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Process employee status changes, organizational updates, and HR transactions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support employee needs.
• Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
• Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Complete HR projects from planning through completion.
• Support organizational initiatives, system implementations, and policy rollouts.
• Assist with acquisition integration activities and employee transitions.
• Find opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and employee experience.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
