The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating with leaders and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers.
• Support policies, benefits, and HR programs.
• Assist with performance documentation and corrective actions.
• Advance employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions.
