Job summary

Wealthspire is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a key resource for employees and managers across many HR functions. This role involves employee support, performance management, project management, and HR operations.

The focus is on providing a positive employee experience, ensuring adherence to policies, and improving processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working closely with leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective actions.
• Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, IT, and other HR processes.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
